PlastiTrax® QC

PlastiTrax® QC tablets contain deuterated polyethylene (dPE) and/or deuterated polystyrene (dPS), which do not occur naturally in the environment and can be clearly distinguished spectrally from conventional polymers. Each tablet contains a precisely determined particle number, enabling accurate and traceable analysis. They are designed for reliable recovery determination, QA/QC implementation, and bias reduction, particularly in complex samples where background contamination with conventional microplastics is expected.
