Artificial Test Samples
PlastiTrax® Artificial Test Samples are ready-to-use reference samples for microplastic analysis. Each sample consists of 20 mL filtered water, one PlastiTrax® tablet with a defined particle number, and a controlled organic and/or inorganic matrix. This setup enables laboratories to simulate realistic environmental conditions and systematically test sample preparation steps such as digestion, density separation, and filtration for reliable method development and validation.
