Test Kit
The PlastiTrax® Test Kit is designed to explore and evaluate our product portfolio in a single set. It combines selected Basic, Priority Complete, and QC tablets, with consistent size fractions across all standard polymers, while the deuterated QC tablets are provided in dedicated size ranges.
Ideal for first-time users, the kit allows laboratories to test different polymer types and applications under comparable conditions, enabling hands-on experience with method development, recovery testing, and QA/QC workflows using PlastiTrax® reference materials.
Included Tablets:
1x PlastiTrax® Basic (PE and PS)
1x PlastiTrax® Basic (PP and PVC)
1x PlastiTrax® Priority Complete
2x PlastiTrax®QC (dPE and dPS)
Particle Count for each tablet: 50-150 (Exact particle number is found on the label (packaging) of each tablet)
Polymer Distribution: random; we guarantee the presence of each of the listed polymers (depending on tablet).
Exact particle number: is found on the label (packaging) of each tablet;
Individual Certificates of Analysis (COA) for the tablets can be provided for each order
Used Potassium bromide (KBr) as matrix substance is heated above 600°C for at least 48h to avoid any possible contamination (including microplastics).
If contaminations are found, these will be specifically noted on the label of each tablet.
